I worked with Polina for Stap in Vertrouwen, where she supports students, employees and leadership teams as an external confidential advisor within education and other organisations. Alongside her work as a confidential advisor, Polina is also a teacher — which gives her a strong sense of what people need to feel safe, heard and supported.
In developing the visual identity, I wanted to reflect the balance that defines her work: warm and approachable, yet strong and professional. The outcome is a bold but clean identity with rich colours, clear typography and personal details.
